What we're building next
Courses in progress
Three things are being written and tested right now. Each is described honestly below — what it is, who it's for, and why it matters. Leave your email and you'll hear from Pastor Simon the day each one is released, and not a moment before.
Qualification · in development
Recovery to Service
The first — and only — minimum peer-to-peer qualification recognised for anyone who wants to work or volunteer in addiction recovery, in a church, a rehab centre or a ministry.
Until now there has been no agreed baseline. Anyone could call themselves a sponsor, mentor or peer supporter and sit down with a vulnerable person the same week. Recovery to Service sets the minimum: a 36-week supervised pathway for people who have come through recovery, assessed in four parts, sponsored by a church or centre that stands behind them.
Every graduate is entered on the Recovery to Service register with a reference number and a QR code that shows whether their qualification is current.
The register — how it works
- Before anyone sits down with a peer supporter, sponsor or mentor, they ask one question: "Are you Recovery to Service registered, and is it current?"
- The supporter shows their QR code or gives their reference number.
- Anyone can check it, free, in seconds, no account needed — and gets back their name, status and expiry — nothing else.
Anonymity is protected by design. The register cannot be searched or browsed by name, church or town. Nothing about a person's past — or their recovery — is visible. Only the holder of the exact number or code can be looked up, and only their name and current standing are returned.

Gambling Addiction
A course for the person who cannot stop betting, and a track for the family counting the cost beside them.
Gambling hides better than any other addiction — no smell, no slur, just a phone and a growing hole. We are writing this the way every CFR course is written: deeply emotional, exactly psychological and essentially spiritual, week by week, with the family given their own path and not left to guess.

Pornography Addiction — Out of the Shadows
For the person caught in pornography, and for the spouse or partner who has just found out.
Two tracks: one that deals honestly with shame, secrecy and the rewiring that pornography does, and one for the partner who needs their own healing, not a seat on the sidelines. Written from the inside and from scripture, without flinching and without condemning.
